Cancellation & Refund Policy TEX

In case of cancellation, no-show or unutilized registrations, User shall be required to make requests for any valid and applicable refunds, as per the event registration policies applicable at the time of registration. No refund would be payable for any verbal requests made. All refund requests needs to be mailed to tex@tiaconnect.org

After the event is concluded, all unclaimed refunds, even if applicable for cancellations / no-show or unutilized registrations shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.

The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request.

In case User avails to register for the event or to avail any other Services offered by Tourism India Alliance and is, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided, then the registration opted by User will stand cancelled and Tourism India Alliance or the Vendor would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by User, either directly or indirectly in this regard.

Any Refund Claims arising due to cancellation / delay of flight by the Vendor shall be subject to Tourism India Alliance receiving the refund from the Vendor. In the Event Vendor does not refund the amount to the Tourism India Alliance Tourism India Alliance shall not be held liable for the same

Tourism India Alliance shall charge a cancellation fees and Refund Administration fees - varying from time to time and transaction to transaction and type of service.

Cancellation Policy is defined and governed by the Vendor and Tourism India Alliance will not be able to do any changes around it. Refund will only be processed once the USER informs Tourism India Alliance.

Partial Cancellation may or may not be allowed - This will depend on the Event's Cancellation Policy.

Domestic and International Booking/Cancellation/Re-schedule will have different amount of fees for different Services

Name Change, Title Change, Age Change, Sector Change etc is generally not allowed for the event - Any such changes or more (not covered here) will not be entertained by Tourism India Alliance The User need to work directly with the Vendor and Tourism India Alliance will not be responsible / liable in any form

The USER will be solely responsible for the Visa, Passport or any other requirement for the travel.Tourism India Alliance will not be responsible for any inadequacy of any form

Voluntary Assumption of Risk

By participating in any manner in the TOURISM EXCHANGE 2027 (TEX 2027), you voluntarily assume all operational risks and agree not to hold Tourism India Alliance (TIA) or any of its affiliates, board members, officers, employees, agents, or contractors liable for any structural illness, accidental loss, or physical injury incurred, or potentially incurred, through participation in the TOURISM EXCHANGE 2027 (TEX 2027) event pipelines scheduled at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Tourism India Alliance (TIA) reserves the absolute right to cancel and reassign event exhibit table spaces if outstanding payment amounts are not received in full by the stipulated date due.

In the event exhibit space is voluntarily cancelled by the Exhibitor for any reason, TIA explicitly retains full ownership rights to all previously paid transaction funds.

If the exhibition is cancelled due to inclement weather, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, elements anomalies, or other occurrences beyond TIA's control, the Exhibitor/Sponsor waives claim rights for money refunds. Review the Pandemic clause below for health exception parameter handling rules.

Pandemic Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event the TOURISM EXCHANGE 2027 (TEX 2027) is fully cancelled due to COVID-19, global pandemic outbreaks, or statutory health emergencies beyond Tourism India Alliance's control, the following legal recourse options are offered directly:

Exhibitors

Exhibit space table assignment contract is rolled forward in full to the 2028 live event.

Sponsors

Sponsor branding rights contract is rolled forward in full to the 2028 live event asset.

* Note: This protective clause applies solely to full event cancellations originated by TIA. For cancellations originated by the Exhibitor/Sponsor for individual concerns, the Standard Cancellation Policy continues to apply.
